About Rachel
Greetings! As a certified Yin Yoga and Hatha Yoga instructor, I love engaging and facilitating my students to gain flexibility and adaptability in their bodies. I love watching them connect with and learn their bodies, building structure and stability along with calmness and peace of mind. As a Reiki Master Teacher and Facilitator, I absolutely love watching my clients become more open, more calm, more abundant, more peaceful, sleep better and just feel better in every way. It is my honor to serve.
I adore my work. I love being of service. I have been teaching yoga since 2017, holding Reiki sessions since 2017 and teaching and certifying in Reiki since 2018. I have taught Reiki all over the country and held reiki sessions in india. It is an honor and a privilegex especially during this time when so many people have been feeling overwhelmed and anxious in their lives from the pandemic.
I work online and in person. I enjoy engaging with my clients, especially one on one but also in group settings. I enjoy building a repoire with each of my clients as we work towards their goals.
100 Hours Teacher Training in Yin Yoga, my primary form of teaching Yoga. I was certified in Usui Reiki, first level 2013 and Master Level in 2015. I have been teaching and holding sessions in both disciplines since 2017-2018. I also have training in Traditional Chinese Medicine (acupuncture, cupping, etc) I attended Pacific College of Oriental Medicine and Midwest College of Oriental Medicine from 2003 to 2010 (with gaps in between) and I also have training in Western herbs and some Chinese herbs.
I have studied yoga and some Ayurveda during my times and travels in India post Covid.

usually an initial consultation via phone or Zoom to assess their needs and goals to see if we are a good fit. And after that, usually via in person or Zoom (depending on the comfort and convenience of the client and myself) we can engage with sessions once or multiple times a week. I have many packages available.
