About Charlott
Inner Foundations focuses on specialized yoga, such as trauma, kids, meditation/mindfulness, pre/post natal, seniors, in a small setting; including private sessions. Reiki sessions are available for half hour and hour sessions; in addition to Reiki house cleansing services.
I enjoy assisting people through empowerment skills. I pursue alternative and complementary methods in my daily life and share them on a professional level in a personalized manner. Wellness is a lifestyle and I love to share tools that can help others maintain or achieve wellness for a lifetime.
I began teaching yoga as part of my personal self-care journey. Reiki became part of my life through my evolution of growth. These then led me to explore even more of the complementary and alternative health world options that I continue to learn about and increase in understanding and fascination.
I have two Bachelor's degrees in Complementary and Alternative Health and Psychology; a Master's degree in Counseling: Post Secondary Disability Services; I am a 200 Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) including many specialized certifications; and have acheived the Reiki Master level of the Usui Shiki Rhoyoho system.

My typical process for working with a new client includes: finding out what their goal(s) is/are, explanation what can be offered, expectations, investment and answering questions. From that point, a student/client decides how they would like to proceed.
I have worked with all ages from 5 years old to with seniors in their 70's. For those choosing specific reasons to work with me, they have included, but are limited to: anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADHD, back issues, stress and more.
The advice I would give would be two-fold. First, check out their credentials. Not everyone is trained the same. Second, trust your gut or intution if you are a good fit with that person. Energies will match engeries; you will find your tribe.
I had been performing Reiki treatments on a mother of three. She has extreme anxiety. She has evolved from having in home visits to now coming to my office for her appointments. Additionally, her husband and two of her children have also sought Reiki sessions. Furthermore, when I offer kids yoga classes, they plan to have all three children attend as well. I am most excited for this as they are homeschooled, so this could help broaden their social circles with other children, in addition to learning lifelong self-care techniques.

Details
My standard price for drop in group yoga is $10 per session. Private yoga rates are a case by case basis. Reiki is $30 for half an hour or $50 per hour. Reiki house cleansing is $1 per minute. Combination packages of Reiki and Yoga are available.
