About Sarah
Surrender yoga is YogaFit based practice, based on a Hatha (moving with the breath) & vinyasa (flowing) class format.
We begin with warming up the muscles and joints; followed by strength work holding poses for 3-5 breathes; and when the body is warm and ready to release we end the session with deep stretching holding poses 1-2minutes to release and lengthen, expanding flexibility.
These yoga classes are for all bodies and all level of practice; beginners to advanced hard core power workout portions in every class.
My passion is helping people find they can meet their body wherever it is at. Every body can yoga. Yoga is not only a physical practice, but a self accepting mental health renewing time to surrender to the moment we are in, to slow down, and be.
I am a YogaFit certified instructor with 20 years of practice and 10-years teaching in a gym, yoga studio and private sessions.

It is always good to know if there are any injuries or recovery for an injury to be aware of, or if a yogi is pregnant, so we can make specific recommendations on poses to avoid or modify.
Knowing if someone is new to yoga, gives me the opportunity to teach with more modification options and additional ques when needed.
