About Theodora
My practice and teaching of Yoga is a beautiful practice that integrates body, mind and spirit so that all aspects of your being are addressed equally. I work individually with you on what aspect needs to be addressed more so that you feel your best.
For me it's not work but a way of life. What I give to you is what I give to my self. It gives me the greatest joy to see you shine brighter and to live a fuller life through the art of healthy living.
The moment I experienced yoga I knew that is was going to be a great passion of mine. After practicing for a couple of years I realized I wanted to share this wonderful science for great health with others since I myself had seen the transformation that takes place within my body, mind and spirit.
I have 20 years of training and practice in the science of hatha yoga as well as meditation and yogic philosophy.
I have completed a 200 and 500 hours Yoga Teacher Certification Course.

In my class I observe each student as a unique individual and see where they are and how I can aasist them to reach their goal in their yoga practice. Effort on the part of the student is most important in their progres, I can and will inspire you and show you the way but I can’t take you there, it’s up to you to take the steps forward.
I have worked with different level students ranging from complete beginners to advanced and also those with handicaps and other restrictions. I have also taught from children to senior citizens.
Look at their training and how long they’ve been practicing. Take a class before you sign up for a long term commitment to make sure you feel good in their class and presence.
Nothing inspires me more in a class than to see my students grow and to see that bright light shinning in their faces when they’ve achieved their goal.
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
Your overall health goal, look at your present state and see where you would like to be in the near future. Think about how much time you have to devote to your practice. Don’t limit your self to just your physical well being but also your mental, emotional and spiritual.

Tara is one of my favorite yoga instructors of all time. She is extremely knowledgable and has a beautiful, divine voice. I highly recommend her yoga classes.
She is just a great teacher!
She is a treasure. Theodora has a profound knowledge of yoga in many aspects, high level on asanas combined with a deep understanding of the philosophical foundations of yoga and on top of all that her open heart is something unique.
She is sweet, strong, and intuitive. Her personal practice is genuine and shines through in her instruction. She is caring and kind and truly deepened my understanding of the asanas and Yoga as a lifestyle.
