I like to have consultations before working with private students. We set aside about 30 mins to discuss goals and schedule.
All humans. :)
While looking for a teacher/practitioner, I would suggest finding someone that you connect with, someone that understands your goals and needs.
My community, Healing Space, meets each month for book club. It's always great fellowship!

We love how Kelly uses her expertise to modify the different moves to accommodate her client's ability level. Kelly is very patient and very caring! We enjoy the class.
Her spirit flows naturally. When I enter the room I sense peace tranquility and pure essence of serenity! I’ve cried during mediation session because I felt like everything I needed was within those walls!
She's very good you can go at your own pace and I enjoy working with her
Instructor was very knowledgeable
It was my first time being introduced to yoga/meditation, however I never felt intimidated trying new poses like I have at other studiosView more recommendations
