About Jiva
Svaroopa Yoga is unlike any other Hatha yoga style. It is scientifically based to help students lengthen the muscles attached to their spine for pain relief, core opening, balance and flexibility. A truly restorative yoga experience.
I love working with students to show them the truly healing properties of this yoga.
Experiencing the healing properties of Svaroopa Yoga made me realize I wanted to share this experience with others!
I have over 800 hours of training, including certifications in:

New students can choose from studio classes or private Yoga classes or therapies.
The first class is always complimentary so students can be sure the Yoga is a fit for them.
I have worked with all types of students, from teens to 90's, including students who want to heal from pain, strengthen their core, gain flexibility or balance, or just want to open their body, mind and heart.
Be sure your teacher is accredited through their school and is a member in good standing with Yoga Alliance, an accredited professional national yoga association. Be sure your teacher is insured, and is passionate about their style of Yoga. Be sure your teacher can fully explain the various benefits their yoga classes can offer you.

A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
Students might want to prepare a list of questions for their instructor and email or speak with them before trying a class. Look at their website. Mine is: finebliss.com
Some students want a warrior style of Yoga ("Yogacise"), while others prefer a more healing, inward style of Yoga, which is a Surrender style of Yoga and meditative as well. It is important to understand the style of class your teacher offers.
