About Kristin
My classes include yoga postures practiced in a yoga-asana (posture) sequence. A wonderful class for those new to yoga and recommended to more experienced yogis who want to enhance their body awareness and start fresh with a beginner’s mind. With five different class formats, each practice includes a variety of postures and a different posture theme. Enjoy hands on assists and enhancements in the poses and movements for any body.
I have been practicing yoga for over 10 years. I love what it does for my mind, body and soul. I wanted to share the Journey with others, so they can feel at peace with themselves the way Yoga has taught me to be.
I am a Certified Yoga Instructor. I went to school at World Peace Yoga. I also work as a Stretch Therapist.

Getting to know my students goals and expectations. Next, planning a balanced sequence to help aid them in their journey.
I have worked with all types of students.
Make sure they put in the effort of planning each class so the sequence is balanced to reap the full benefits.
One of my new students is a war veteran. His body was so stiff and he thought he was close to being disabled due to body stiffness and pain. After just a few classes he was able to bend down to tie his shoes (hasn't been able to in years) needless to say I am one proud yogini!
