About Claire
Hello lovely people! Yoga has always been a passion of mine, seeing the benefits for the holistic body. I received my ceritification in Koh Phangan, Thailand with some of the greatest people. I focus on breath and movement using ashtanga vinyasa but also offer yin yoga, gentle/restorative, vinyasa, and ashtanga.
My meditiation practice deepened in Thailand. With a constant reminder to focus on the breath, it's possible to find meditation anywhere. I can teach you about pranayama (breathe control) and meditation. These can be active or stationary.
I love incorporating music into my practices. Having a psychology degree, I see the benefits of all yoga and meditation, while also incorporating music.
The focus will be on YOU.
I teach at Peace Through Yoga located in Zionsville, Speedway, Danville and Franklin (opening in October). My main studios being Zionsville, Speedway and Franklin.
I've always wanted to teach. I love the benefits of yoga and how it can change people's lives. I went to Thailand to receive my yoga license as well as travel. It was one of the greatest experiences of my life.
Psychology degree with a concentration in mental health.
Yoga and meditation certification from All Yoga Alliance.
