About Birgit
I have been a pilates, yoga and group fitness instructor for over 30 years. I know due to my longtime experience and commitment to my clients, I will be able to help anybody who shows responsibility to take charge of their own body and health via exercise and nutrition.
I am not only a instructor I am also a Master Herbalist and Wellness Coach. I bring knowledge to my classes how herbs and dietary changes can bring profound results.
I am a true believer that nutrtion and exercise can not be seperated in the search of feeling more energized and toned.
