About Annabelle
At our studio you will get a comprehensive energy work out. While lifting weights and cardio is indeed a great way to exercise your body. At the end of the day though it's all about how your energy is flowing. When you get stressed, that flow is blocked. It varies from person to person where the blockage occurs, but our speciality is removing those blocks with our classes in Yoga, Ki Gong, core-strengthening, vibration detox, and wooden pillow massage. As you take our classes, you will feel energy return to areas that you had previously forgotten about. The result will be a lighter, calmer, stronger you. So come on over! We'd love to help you, and don't worry about whether or not you've previoulsy done Yoga. Our classes are designed for all levels.
I enjoy seeing people grow. People come in to the center tired, depressed, angry, timid, or unable to do what they want because of their physical limitations. When they commit to class though, that heavy energy begins to lighten. What makes me happy in particular are those members who came in and had such a hard time at first, but because they stuck with their training and overcame their limitations, they completely overhauled themselves. The best moment for me in particular was seeing a member who was recovering from a broken back (he could move, just not very well) work his way through sheer determination to not only walk properly, but become so flexible that he could tuck himself into a ball and roll around the studio like an armadillo. The change was astounding! That is what I live for in this line of work, and when I accomplish something like that I feel that I have done my job.
I started at a Body & Brain yoga taichi center in 2013 as a member when my body was trying to recover after a surgery. I was able to heal myself through the Brain education methods and became a full time instructor in 2015 and grateful for this opportunity to help others heal. I hope you can experience it too!
We are trained in the Mind Body methods of Brain Education. Brain Education is the way to master the body and mind through movement, focus, and breathing.

We have 2 ways to start: Private Intro session 1-1 for 1 hour or Trial group class 70 minutes. After we will share about our memberships. We have group classes, workshops, and private sessions. The private sessions can be private class or self healing.
Everyone. All shapes, sizes, ages, ailments, beliefs, everyone is welcome. If I don't know about your condition I will learn but I am positive that the Brain Education methods that helped me and millions of people across the world can help you too.

Presenting Brain Education to Principals and Teachers in the LAUSD system. It's amazing to share these techniques with educators who influence our future.
