About Stephanie
I fell in love with Yoga back in 2013. After taking classes for awhile i realized that it was more then a physical journey. My emotional and mental health were greatly influenced. I have more energy, patience, my memory is more untuned and feel less stressed about everyday life.
I became certified in 2015 because I love what Yoga has done for my life in all aspect of the body. I wanted to share this love of Yoga to students who want to find themselves and reduce stress and tension through breath, asana, meditation.
I have a 200 Yoga teacher training from Freehold Yoga Center and continue to take workshops in Yin Yoga, body alignment and adjustments.
You can view my Facebook page at Stephanie's Yoga for Life and see my reviews
(concealed information)
I am required to have an additional 30 hours of credit for continuing education in order to keep my certification
