Cecilia is the most patient and loving guide. Her intuition and experience at figuring out what you need out of your practice has been the most impressive part about our experience. I have practiced with her for 3 years and I cannot imagine a better instructor.

my experience in this class is wonderful !! I am more agile, I managed to take more tranquility for the things that arise day by day. I have an excellent teacher, someone who is aware of all at all times and who has a lot of patience with me. It is detailed and entertaining. I am happy to be in your classes. Thank you Cecilia, thank you🥰🥰

Cecilia is awesome, patient, she makes me love my yoga classes.

Very family oriented and the instructor is very knowledgeable.

The classes help me to keep my body healthy and flexible.

I never had taken a yoga class in my life! I felt so welcome from the first day of class. Ceci knows her stuff. What I love is how she instinctively knows how gauge ones mood and aches and pains and gear The class to meet individual and group needs. She also has the uncanny ability to provide different levels of instruction within one class. She has changed my life with yoga!
