About Diane
I have been a coach and educator for 18 years. My passion for coaching lies in meeting you where you are, and creating a road map or blueprint to guide you to where you want to be.
I am understanding, and will watch and listen throughout our sessions. I believe that everyday we come to our mats is different, and our expectations need to be flexible to our life experiences.

The most rewarding part of teaching is being part of lightbulb moments with students. There is nothing more empowering than that moment where something clicks, and there is an entirely new understanding!
Getting to develop a personal course is what I have done over my entire career. And I love tailoring programs to meet your unique needs and goals.
I have been teaching since 2003. Both of my parents were educators, and it has always been in my bones to teach and coach others. I started teaching full time as a cosmetology educator from 2003-2011 for the Aveda Network, and that's where I began my yoga practice in 2006.
Since then I have relied on yoga to get me through a very demanding career in the Beauty Industry, and want to teach others the amazing benefits that yoga and meditation offer.

Practicing since 2006, she has dived deep into Bikram/Hot Yoga and Vinyasa Yoga, and is passionate about music, adventure, art, and not taking yourself too seriously. The process begins with a thorough consultation where we will get a broader picture of what your goals are; What your daily life looks like; And any precautions to be aware of.
We then ask about your health and exercise history before an inital physical assessment of where you are at when we begin our practice. This assessment is a shorter practice, that will inform me of your unique strengths and mobility.
I have worked with students raging from 18-80 years old. I have found that my preference is working with adult practitioners who are open minded and have a good sense of humility or humor.
My clients ranged from retirees, lawyers and people in the technology industry, to art school students and service professionals. And everywhere in between.
