About Taylor
I am a passionate and caring teacher.
I love empowering my students!
I was a preschool teacher in the early 2000s. Years later, I fell in love with yoga and became a yoga instructor. During 2020, I became an ESL teacher. And in 2021, I became a substitute teacher. I am working towards state licensure now.
I have a BA in English. I'm a RYT 200 (Registered Yoga Teacher). And I am a certified ESL Teacher.
I have several years of combined experience teaching in these roles.

I like to spend some time getting to know my students so that I can give them the help and lessons they need.
I have worked with students of all ages, skill levels, and nationalities. I have worked in schools, yoga studios, nursing homes, and virtually.
Be very open about your needs and desires in finding a teacher and ask your prospective teachers lots of questions. Trust your instinct.
I love to go hiking and spend time reading in my hammock. I've done a lot of that this past summer and it's been so nice!

Taylor is an amazing teacher!! I have been learning from Taylor for about a year now. Her yoga style is great for the body, the mind, and the soul -- she is an easy-going, fun-loving instructor and is helpful and encouraging in her teaching. Her classes are the BEST for de-stressing! I don't know what I would have done without her wonderful teachings and good vibes :)
Taylor was very patient made you feel comfortable regardless of experience! I had sleeping problems due to stress from work, after yoga with her I got back on a normal sleeping schedule.
