About Whitney
She went from being a burnt out public school educator to world traveler and yoga and meditation teacher. Whitney has chosen a lifestyle centered around health and wellness. She now offers online yoga and meditation to clients all over the world through distance 1:1 sessions, on-demand live classes, and guided meditations.
I love teaching yoga and meditation. It is my passion and my calling. I have maintained a consistent meditation practice for many years and feel comfortable guiding others toward a sense of peace and stillness within.

I am a trained educator. Starting off my career in the public school system, I quickly became burnt out and stressed. I suffered a mental health crisis.
I gained my yoga training and started teaching in yoga studios in 2014 and began shifting online in 2018. I have always incorporated relaxation techniques and guided meditations with my yoga classes.

I loved everything about working with Whitney before, during, and after our session. She took the time to understand my personal struggles and created a custom meditation session that left me feeling fully grounded, present, and refreshed. She provided me with tangible tools I can use to carry my mindfulness practice into the rest of my life. I gained so much valuable insight as to how I can take my practice to the next level. After our session, Whitney sent me a customized meditation reflection and a mp3 recording of our session so that I can come back to it again and again. I am deeply grateful for this experience, and highly recommend everyone allow Whitney to share her gifts with you!
Whitney has a phenomenal energy, which she brings to every lesson. Both calming and invigorating, her insights are accessible, and really easy to connective with. Working with her to grow my meditation & yoga practice has given me new perspective, and brought a new peace into my life.
Thanks Whitney!View more recommendations
