About Paige
The Melting Spot is an upbeat yoga studio with a really greata atmosphere. The studio is unique and we are known for hot yoga although it is not the only type of yoga classes we offer. We have a wide array of class types for all levels with such an amazing group of instructors who truly care for the students. You will always feel welcome!
I love changing the lives of others by introducing them to yoga and the wonderful benefits yoga has to offer for the mind, body and soul! You do not have to be flexible to do yoga. This is why we need yoga- to become more flexible among many other reasons. Yoga improves your overall health and quality of life. You will begin to notice these wonderful benefits after about 4-6 weeks of consecutive practice. I underwent back surgery approximately 2.5 years ago and yoga has been the most beneficial for myself. I want others to know and understand that yoga is for EVERYONE!

I always use the first session to evaluate where the student is at as far as flexibility, balance and stamina. I want to know what there goal is, the time commitment they are willing to implement into their schedule and how soon they would like to achieve their goals.
A polo player who has had some significant injuries and decreased flexibility.
A few students in their late 50's who have decreased movement in certain areas.
A high school girls golf team.
A girls gymnastics team.
I leed yoga for teen athletes
Find an instructor who makes you feel comfortable. It is not easy for us to step out of our comfort zone and do something different than our daily usual. You will achieve more!
