About Ashley
Healing Arts Practioner specializing in a combination of healing modalities such as Yoga, Conscious Breathing, Meditation and Intuitive Movement. I AM a 500hr Yoga Teacher with an accumulation of 100 hours of Life Coaching and 200 hours of Holistic Nutrition studies through The Southwest Institute of Healing Arts. My approach to wellness is rooted in Yoga Philosophy, Yoga for Trauma & PTSD, and Transformational Coaching. With a deep passion of supporting individuals in enhancing their self-awareness around what their body is communicating. Offering inner experiments to further explore the roots of different ailments one are experiencing while using the expressions as tools to gather information for potential transformation.
Yoga truly is for everyBODY and my favorite part about serving in this realm of work is reminding others that they are already whole and worthy of healing and transformation. Within willingness, consistency and determination - the layers that is no longer serving you on your path begins to peel away. Bringing out your authentic self. I use a variety of healing arts such as body postures, breathwork, intuitive dance, sound healing, meditation and much more as transformational tools. Encouraging heightened self-awareness around areas in your life you are choosing to improve your well-being.

Beginning by identifying your needs and interest in creating and developing a Yoga practice. Together we then get familiar with the importance of the spine as I guide you through the 6 different spinal movements. Leading us into foundational breathing technique combined with a sequence of poses such as the traditional Sun Salutations. From here there are specialized options available to you.
Start where you are in your practice and be open to exploring and discovering your most uncharted potential! Use your discernment and seek genuine and authentic connection in whomever you choose to guide you through such sacred practices.
