About Chris
I am the founder of Laughing Frog Yoga in Los Angeles, where I worked with hundreds of students from all walks of life. It is my passion to bring what I've learned to others, in hopes that it contributes to their leading an energized, fulfilling, and healthy life.
This may sound over the top, but it's true. I most enjoy watching people discover or remember, their magnificence. In yoga, we learn that the mind and body are more connected than we're usually aware of. As we align and center our bodies, so too is our whole being aligned and centered. It's very cool to watch people have this experience.
I've attended over 500 hours of yoga teacher training, where I learned, in great detail, the yoga postures, yoga philosophy, anatomy, meditation, and breathwork. I'm also a Co-active life coach, having attended 150 hours of training with The Coaches Training Institute. In coaching, we discover what is important to a person, and through the many powerful techniques of coaching, set out to bring more of what is important into that person's life.

Together, we'll explore what you are looking to get from yoga lessons. I'll then put together practice routines, made up of some combination of yoga postures, meditation, and breathwork. We'll then evaluate and modify the routines as we go along.
