About Alison
Alison Chan has been a student of yoga since 2012 and is a 200 RYT, she is currently working toward her 500 RYT. Besides yoga, she is a clinical certified hypnotherapist, and Reiki Master.
She aims to help clients by teaching and building up their own mind-body awareness through yoga practices, exploration of their own consciousness by hypnotherapy, and utilizing Reiki and energy healing to release blockages in their systems. Born into a family who serves the community through Chinese traditional herbalism and naturopathy, her passion is to support others healing journey. She believes healing and change can begin with self-love and self-awareness practices. Her principle approach is to encourage clients to learn, embrace and embody the holistic lifestyle, so they can live a balanced life and be their own healer.

I will start with letting them know my offering ( with include yoga, Pilates, mindfulness, meditation and reiki).
Then discussing their goals (which can be weight loss, release from stress, or increase flexibility and strength).
Tailor from what they need to create a plan together for their goal. I will included wavier and forms for each individual at the first session we meet.

Extremely knowledgable and very friendly. The Reiki sessions are very helpful. Alison is very very good!
As a beginner, yoga can be quite intimidating. With Alison, however, she took the time to show me correct posture and to have fun in the process. Now in my fourth year of practicing yoga, I am constantly reminded of her fun-loving spirit and her ability to find joy in the moment.
I really like the professionalism and the attention to details that Alison gave during class. She is very knowledgeable and technical with the muscle groups and why we need to do certain thing a certain way. I had a great time, and definitely recommend her to everyone because of her passion to Yoga.
