About Kiara
Versatile in styles and offer a different level of intensity during sessions ( Yin and Yang practices).Knowledgeable, flexible, personable, and compassionate. Competent and professional, I work with every age group and have 10 years of experience working with students in group and individual settings. Comfortable with working with elders or anyone with limitations or Injuries. Sessions are tailored individually. Open to introduce meditation practices as well or/and incorporate yoga philosophies and principles if interested:).

• Articulate and knowledgeable instructor/practitioner
• 10+ yrs. of consistent Bikram Yoga practice
• Ability to provide compassionate, supportive, and trustworthy guidance to students
• Committed to a healthy yogic lifestyle
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to connect with others
• Comprehensive knowledge of the practical and philosophical aspects of yoga
• Compassionate, intuitive, and non-judgmental teaching style and mentorship
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills (English and Italian)
• Demonstrate strong leadership when leading students and groups
• Possess, lead, and can guide students traditionally or in alternative ways/ versatile
teaching approach.
• Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism yet very personable.
• Passion for teaching, helping others with good time management skills
• Knowledgeable in anatomy, physiology, and fitness principles of training
• Ability to perform, demonstrate and assist students during exercises, setups and modifications if necessary
