About Petra
We are a private personal training and private yoga studio with locations in Redmond, WA and Bellevue, WA. We provide a comfortable and safe place to workout with a knowledgeable and certified professional trainer who will provide motivation and accountability to help you work toward reaching your fitness and wellness goals.
ZenRock has been in business since 2008 and has been a place of refuge for thousands of clients looking to find balance, strength, and flexibility when it come to their overall health and wellness. We love getting clients feeling strong, confident, and successful in achieving their goals.
ZenRock's owner, Petra Jahn, has been an athlete her entire life. She played competitive sports in high school and college. She is also an entrepreneur at heart. Both her parents are too, but not only that, her family loves helping others. Private personal training and private yoga is how she gives back. Everyone that works for ZenRock also shares that love of helping others through health and wellness training.
All of our trainers/instructors have a professional certification from reputable educations institutions or organizations. We believe in science based training and work hard to deliver the results our clients are looking for.

When we begin to engage with a new client, we first provide an overview of our business and services. We discuss the client's motivations for seeking personal training and how ZenRock can support those needs. We then schedule a complimentary fitness evaluation and half hour session so you can give us a try! Lastly, once the client is ready to get started, we assign them to a specific personal trainer or yoga instructor and they have the opportunity to purchase one of our packages.
We have worked with client of all ages, all body types, and all fitness levels. We welcome everyone as they are and wherever they are on their health and wellness journey in every stage of life.
The best advice we can offer is to try out the business/service to see if it is a good fit for your needs. Every business has a different atmosphere and may have a different philosophy in how they work with their clients. Take advantage of the complimentary offers and see what you like best!
This year, ZenRock Fitness is dedicated to expanding our business further. We have a great group of trainers/instructors who are ready to take on more clients. We are hosting even more fun events for our wonderful community and excited for our upcoming Yoga Adventure Retreats, which we host in different parts of the world twice per year. We are excited about continuing to build a supportive community of amazing trainers and clients!
