About Michelle
You will receive personalized care and instruction to help you get the most out of your yoga practice. Whether you are looking to heal from an injury, increase your flexibility, build strength or practice slowing down I am here to help you find your way.
I've been practicing yoga for over 15 years and got my teacher certification in 2018. Since then I've been teaching regularly in studios and private classes. I love connecting with people and guiding them towards a greater connection to themselves, watching as they progress in not only strength and flexibility but a calmer spirit. The body has an amazing capacity to heal if we only take the time and learn the right tools to get it there!

For our first session we will go over your personal health history and what your goals are for your practice and will end with a shorter practice and meditation. After that each session will be tailored to meet your personal needs and help you work towards a stronger, healthier body, mind and spirit.

Michelle is an excellent, knowledgable teacher and through restorative yoga with her I have regained my mobility after a herniated disc in the lumbar region with severe sciatic nerve pain.
Hiking, climbing and vigorous exercise were all out of the question for me following the initial injury and finally, surgery. Now I am happy to say I am taking longer and longer hikes , doing uphill climbing and exercising. I am 75 years old and have gained my old way of life back, thanks to Michelle!
She is very conscientious about your physical ability to do yoga and plans her lessons accordingly. Always asks if you have and tightness and where. Love the way she transitions from pose to pose. Her voice is soothing but affirmative.
