About Abbie
I teach yoga to help athletes reach their potential in endurance sports. Specializing in cyclists. My RYT 250 includes yoga coaching intending to support independent daily practices.
With a strong practice that balanced my professional mtb career, i had many recommendations to teach but didn’t believe i had the voice and perfect mastery to be a yoga teacher. It was only during coaching a 3 week elite junior girls camp that i found my voice to share my yoga practice. It was authentic which allowed me to really tune in to connect to the needs of the group. Since yhen i have used my diverse experience to help many cyclists find yoga to enrich their lives.
i trained with james miller for my RYT 250 that includes yoga coaching. I had a 20 year daily practice established before I began teaching. My practice evolved from rigorous Ashtanga primary and secondary series to Hatha flow.

I have both indoor and outdoor spaces that are private and comfortable for one on one practices. I’m happy to offer workshops for teams, camps or other groups or events as appropriate.
My work is focused on helping cyclists increase mobility and balance their flexiblity and strength training with personalized practices.

Details
Individual guided practices are personal lessons to help you with alignment and take your practice to the next level. These lessons are 1:15 hour for $50 per lesson. 4 lessons recommended initially then less frequent lessons as needed.
Workshops pricing depends on unique group needs.
