About Liz
I am a yoga and mindfulness teacher based in Atlanta, GA. I offer inclusive, adaptive practices tailored to the individual student's goals and abilities. I teach beginning and intermediate levels.
I strive to share the power of yoga as a means for students to achieve self-actualization and promote healing.
I have been practicing since 2010 and received my 200-hour YTT from Breathe for Change in 2021. In my teaching, I incorporate asana styles such and hatha, vinyasa, and yin. I also offer mindfulness and meditation practices.
I love watching my students grow in appreciation and understanding of their own bodies. My goal is for you to make the practice your own.

I double as a high school teacher. After starting the yoga club for our students in 2019, I decided to pursue my YTT to be better equipped to lead my club members. Once I started my training, I never looked back!

Before our first session, we'll have a virtual or telephone consultation to discuss your goals, rates, and location.
I have worked with adolescents, youth dance classes, and adults ages 25-65.
Much like a therapist, you want to feel at ease with your yoga teacher. Look for someone that you jive with.
I've recently become a volunteer dog walker at the Atlanta Humane Society and I can't wait to adopt my own fur baby!
