About Ellease
I love what do , when I can help people accomplish their set plan and work with them on their life journey. Can help with Heart health (Cardio), Flexibility, Endurance, Strengthening, Stress relief, Maintenence & Conditioning & Getting Lean Muscle Mask (weight Loss).
I have been in the health and wellness business for over 22 year. My degree is on Psychology and Kinesiology, I have several Certification: Personal Training, Yoga/Pilates, Stretch Conditioning, Weight Management, Therapeutic Exercise (physical therapy), Nutrition Health.
I offer service to people deal with Health issues, such as obesity, Disabilities, Injuries, Aging force, muscle and joint aches. As well as general fitness. I specialize but not limited to the 40 and over Age group for better health maintenance and care. Enjoy seeing people make improvements, and enjoy helping them reach goal and challenges l. I am passionate about my skill because I know what it is like to need to fine the right person to understand your issues and who can help you really accomplish your goal. I love it when people take accountability and know there self worth and what is important to them.
I will Coach you to do your best without the stress. I educate on health, techniques & accountability. Health history and current levels of fitness, design personal workout plans are review weekly/monthly I will motivate you to get the goal and needs you desire.
Work can be done via 1 on one in person, streaming video, consultations.
Athletes. Runner
Degree in psychology & Kinesiology Fitness and health management.
Certification : Nutrition, Personal Training, Exercise Therapy, Stretch Therapy and Corrective movement, yoga. 1 to1 session & Small Groups.
