Joanne's class is wonderful and I look forward to it all week. It is just the right mixture of energetic stretching and positive and affirming meditation. She is attentive to each individual's needs and brings a calming and meaningful energy to the class.
I so appreciate Nancy's attention to detail. She takes time to show precisely how to do each asana and I am finally learning correct form. I feel my yoga practice is stronger and my asanas are more aligned. I also appreciate the philosophy, mantras and mudras that are weaved into each class. I really look forward to my class!
What a wonderful class! I thought Nancy was wonderful, too, and am very excited about joining it.
