About Cedric
The benefits of meditation are well documents.
However there are many common stubbling blocks that come up when developing a daily practice.
This is what I help with.
I'll assess your personal inclinations as to the types of meditaiton that are best suited to you. Then you are taught the meditation in a way that resonates with you. I'll reiterate the benefits such that motivation to meditate stays high and that it develop into a life long practice. Moreover, there is instruction and emphasis on daily life mindfulness.
My background: I've been a meditator for the past 15 years, done over 300 days on retreat and over 7,500 hours of formal meditaiton practice. I've also done formal meditation teacher training in the Unified Mindfulness system which is secular and non-dogmatic.
