About Mia
Kundalini Yoga is a quick, effective and practical form of yoga practice. While it was created in ancient times, its methods and effects are more relevant today than ever, making it a wonderful practice for modern day!
The body begins to change from the inside out. The systems of practice are designed to balance the glandularand nervous systems, improve fitness, boost your energy, balance your emotions and deeply relax the body and mind improving your overall health and comfort.
No previous experience in yoga is required and students find results in the first experience.
Kundalini Yoga is a transformational experience and you will feel results after your first class - you will become more relaxed, calm, your stress and anxiety levels will go down, you will have more energy and feel happier. I love to see people leaving my class with smiles on their faces. It makes me feel so happy!
