About Tori
Hey there! My name is Tori. I literally love and breathe yoga. I teach students how to reclaim your inner resources for healing and happiness using body movement and breath work, as well as self-exploratory courses and challenges online. Together we will deepen the mind-body connection and relieve anxiety, depression, and other emotional difficulties. I’m a military spouse so I often work with active duty and veterans, I’m trained for trauma sensitive lessons and I am always learning and building onto my resume with certifications and continuing education. I have trained at Dharma Yoga in Austin, Texas, as well as Kripalu School of Yoga in Stockbridge, Massachusetts. I have been teaching since 2015. At first, I wanted to develop my personal practice, and then, as yoga saved my life over and over again, I found it was my path and calling. It’s my passion, and I absolutely adore teaching and being a student of yoga.

Mostly women over 50 years old, currently more men and women in their 20s including college students and active duty military and spouses.
