About Addison
With over 7 years of experience, I specialise in teaching violin to young children through fun and creative methods. I hold a BFA in Historical Performance (Baroque Violin). My lessons are designed to be playful and engaging. I want children to enjoy every moment.
I focus on developing ear training from an early age. Children learn to listen and respond to sound. This builds strong musical skills. It also makes learning easier.
I use storytelling, movement, and rhythm games in lessons. Simple melodies are taught in a natural way. Children explore music through play. This keeps learning exciting.
My teaching is inspired by Suzuki and Kodály methods. These approaches support learning through listening and repetition. I guide each child with care. Progress is gentle and steady.
My aim is to create a joyful learning space. Together, we make violin learning fun and imaginative.

I focus on helping you build a strong and expressive violin technique. We start with posture, tone, and bow control. These basics are very important. They support all advanced skills.
Vibrato is an important part of my teaching. I guide you in developing a natural vibrato step by step. We work on controlling its speed and width. This helps you shape your tone.
I also teach how to use vibrato in musical phrasing. You will learn how it adds feeling to your playing. This makes your music more expressive. Your sound becomes more personal.
I provide clear feedback in every lesson. I help you improve with simple exercises. Progress is steady and clear. Confidence grows with practice.
My lessons are suitable for all levels. I support you at every stage. Together, we build strong technique and expression. You’ll play with more emotion.
