About Sona

I’m a singing tutor with over 8 years of experience and a Bachelor of Music in Classical Voice, specializing in vocal performance. My teaching approach is holistic, blending physical alignment, breath awareness, and expressive vocal techniques. I incorporate yoga-inspired vocal warmups, body mapping, and tension release exercises to help your voice move freely and effortlessly. These methods not only strengthen your technique but also support your overall physical and emotional well-being.
I have a deep passion for genres like World Music, Chanting, Folk Fusion, and Healing Sound. Exploring these styles allows students to expand their vocal palette and connect with music in meaningful ways. In my lessons, I focus on nurturing authentic expression while fostering confidence and creativity.
