About Rae
Growing up with a deep appreciation for exploration and connection, my journey has taken me to the skies as a corporate flight attendant and grounded me in the serenity of yoga.
Amidst the hustle and bustle of my corporate career, I found solace on my yoga mat. Yoga became my sanctuary—a place where I could find peace amidst the chaos, and cultivate a deeper connection with myself and the world around me.
Driven by a desire to share the transformative power of yoga with others, I embarked on a journey of teaching. Witnessing the joy and serenity that radiates from my students after each class fuels my passion and reinforces my belief in the profound impact of yoga on our lives.
As a corporate flight attendant and yoga instructor, my life is a beautiful blend of adventure and tranquility. Whether I'm soaring through the skies or guiding students through their practice, my greatest joy lies in seeing people relaxed and happy, knowing that I've played a part in bringing a little more peace and harmony into their lives.

I have attended various types of yoga sessions with Rimante from the dessert in Dubai to hot yoga studios and normal yoga studios. Rimante is a great teacher and also has a very calming energy. I also love her sound baths with her bowls and meditations. A great teacher with lots of experience.
