I’m a passionate Chemistry tutor with over 4 years of experience and an MSc in Inorganic Chemistry. My special interest lies in the fascinating world of food preservation chemistry and food analysis. I love exploring the chemical changes that happen during food spoilage—how antioxidants work, the role of emulsifiers, and the science behind preservation methods like canning, drying, and fermentation.
