About Allison
I am an experienced, knowledgeable and patient practitioner, deeply invested in helping clients to achieve their goals.
I have over 15 years of experience working with pre and postnatal clients as well as those with challenges ranging from amputees, to those with Parkinson’s, nerve damage, heart failure, home-bound obesity, autism spectrum, seniors and the elderly.
Movement is healing and there is always a place for it in any journey.

A former professional Dancer with a BFA in classical ballet and modern dance, I am currently working as a private personal trainer, yoga teacher and group fitness instructor in New York City.
Though I have spent many years training private clients around the city including Grammy Award winning artist, Lorde and as the corporate trainer for the offices of venmo, pinterist, Spotify, Uber, fresh direct and Calvin Klein, I currently seeing clients one-on-one online.
I specialize In clientele with challenging or complex physical situations such as pain, pre and post natal, injury, stroke, seniors, obesity, cardiac concerns, etc.
