About David
Why should you trust me to change your life?
They have made fun of my physique all my life, they told me: "you look like a stick", "you should eat more".
I felt weak and vulnerable in many situations because I didn't have the strength to help mom with her groceries or I knew that that one girl would never feel the same way about me.
So, I decided to change my reality when I was 15 years old and since then I have read books, I have bought expensive courses and I've made a lot of mistakes to get to where I am now.
I want to save you thousands of hours of learning and costly mistakes. I want to be your mentor and coach, something I wish that I had when I started.

I will introduce you to the PUSH-PULL-LEGS and BULKING training method which will help you gain up to 10 kg of lean muscle in less than a year without SUPLEMENTS and only 3-4 hours of training a week. Yes! It sounds impossible, but what if I told you that current scientific research supports this method and that probably you've been fed outdated, unscientific concepts just to sell you their whey protein!

View more recommendations
