About Santhosh

Over the years, I've worked with students of all ages and backgrounds, from school children to college-level students to adult learners. No matter the audience, I always tailor my teaching approach to fit the unique needs and goals of each student. My teaching style is interactive, practical, and student-centered. I believe in creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment where everyone feels welcome and supported. I use a variety of teaching techniques, including lectures, hands-on exercises, and group work, to help students master programming and software testing concepts. I take pride in helping my students achieve their goals, whether that's passing an exam, landing a job in the tech industry, or simply developing a new skill. I'm committed to providing personalized feedback and support to each student, so they can understand their strengths and weaknesses and make improvements where necessary. As a software engineering teacher, I believe that learning should be fun and engaging. I work hard to create a classroom atmosphere that is friendly, relaxed, and conducive to learning.

About the lesson

In my classes, we usually start with an introduction to the topic, so everyone has a basic understanding of what we're going to cover. Then, we review some key concepts before moving on to exercises or group work to put what we've learned into practice.

Throughout the class, I make sure that students have the chance to ask questions and get feedback on their progress. This helps them understand what they're doing well and where they might need some extra help.

As a teacher, I bring a few special things to the classroom. First, I have a lot of experience with programming and software testing, so I can explain complex concepts in a way that's easy to understand.

Second, I really enjoy teaching and helping others learn, so I'm always happy to answer questions and provide support.

Finally, I try to make the classroom a fun and inclusive environment, where everyone feels welcome and supported.

My classes are for all kinds of people, from kids to adults.

I make sure to adjust my teaching style to fit the needs of each group, so everyone can learn at their own pace and in their own way.

Santosh is an excellent teacher and a genuinely good person. He has an experience of 3 years in IT industry, his knowledge about python and competitive programming are add-ons. He has been guiding students and employees of this field for two years. Now he wants to offer free sessions to poor students to grow in their career, and this I believe is a great approach from his side.
He is a person who has great visions and wants to help the community in today's world. I would definitely recommend him for students who want to learn and grow in the IT field.
