About Meg
Hi, I'm Meg – a qualified and experienced swim instructor with over 12 years of international teaching experience across the UK, Dubai, and India. I’ve taught everyone from babies to adults, helping clients build confidence, improve technique, recover from injury, and even prepare for triathlons. I hold a Level 2 qualification in Swimming Teaching, and I’m also Level 3 qualified in Personal Training, Sports Massage Therapy, and Yoga. My teaching style is holistic, blending body awareness, mobility, breathwork, and functional movement into each session for a well-rounded experience in the water. Whether you're booking lessons for your baby, child or yourself, I tailor every session to your individual needs – from infant survival skills and stroke development to overcoming fear of water, rehab, or performance-focused training. What I Offer: • Infant and toddler water safety & survival skills • Stroke correction and technique for all strokes • Confidence building for nervous swimmers • Water therapy & injury rehab • Triathlon stroke efficiency & endurance training • Private, semi-private or small group sessions • Class duration: 45–50 minutes

I’m passionate about movement, the outdoors, and helping others grow in confidence. I’ve completed 3 marathons and 2 Half Ironmans, and I love yoga, freediving, and all things water. I enjoy travelling – both solo and with friends – and exploring new ways to connect with people and cultures. I love working closely with children and families, and I’ve had the joy of teaching some students from the age of 2 right through to 8 years old. I also work with young babies, supporting their early sensory development and helping them feel calm and confident in the water. With experience working for VVIP families in the UAE and India, I bring professionalism, warmth, and a highly personalised approach to every session. There’s nothing more rewarding than seeing someone – of any age – overcome fear and realise what they’re truly capable of, both in and out of the water.
