About Tasneem

Hello there! I'm Tasneem. Whether we are working on building a solid foundation in phonics and early literacy, tackling tricky school concepts across the CBSE, British, or American curricula, or finding a way to make homework a stress-free experience, I am here to help.
Why do I love teaching? Honestly, it’s all for that exact moment when a student's shoulders drop, the frustration melts away, and that "lightbulb moment" happens.
In a crowded classroom, kids often have to rush or hide when they don't understand something because the teacher simply doesn't have the time to slow down. But when it's just the two of us, I get to watch a child go from thinking “I can't do this” to realizing “Hey, I actually get it!”
That transformation—seeing a child build genuine confidence, find their voice, and actually start enjoying what they are learning instead of dreading it—that is why I love what I do every single day.

About the lesson

1. Patient, Individualized Scaffolding: Moving away from a rigid "one-size-fits-all" classroom pace to match each child’s unique learning speed and cognitive style.
2. Multi-Sensory & Foundational Focus: Breaking down complex concepts into bite-sized, digestible pieces—especially critical for building early literacy, phonics, and foundational math.
3. Low-Anxiety, Confidence-Building Environment: Cultivating a safe space where students feel comfortable making mistakes, asking questions freely, and shedding school-related anxiety.
4. Direct School-to-Tutoring Connection: Aligning your lessons closely with their actual school curriculum (CBSE, British, or American) so they immediately see the practical value and feel supported in their daily academics.
5. Turning Friction into Quick Wins: Focusing on immediate, achievable breakthroughs in every session so students experience the rewarding feeling of mastering a tricky topic firsthand.
