About Grace
My name is Grace Whitmore, and I am a professional singing tutor based in the USA with over 9 years of experience teaching students from K-12, high school, and college levels. I specialize in helping beginners and intermediate learners develop strong vocal control, musical understanding, and stage confidence through personalized coaching.
I was honored with the “Elite Vocal Mastery Excellence Award” for my ability to transform beginner voices into confident performers using simple and effective techniques. My teaching style is friendly, structured, and highly interactive, ensuring students feel comfortable while learning at their own pace.
Outside teaching, I enjoy composing music, practicing yoga, and exploring different musical cultures around the world. These hobbies help me bring creativity and emotional depth into my lessons, making learning more enjoyable and meaningful for every student.

Welcome to my one-to-one live online singing lessons designed for K-12 high school and college first-year students as well as beginners who want to develop a strong, confident, and expressive voice. My teaching approach begins with understanding each student’s vocal ability, music preferences, and personal goals so every lesson is fully customized. I focus on creating a comfortable and supportive environment where students feel free to express themselves without fear or hesitation. Each session is designed to gradually build vocal strength, improve musical understanding, and increase confidence in performance.
In my sessions, I teach essential vocal techniques including breathing control, pitch accuracy, tone clarity, resonance, and voice modulation. I also include ear training, music theory basics, rhythm exercises, and beginner songwriting to help students understand music deeply rather than only singing songs. Students practice structured warm-ups, scales, and exercises that strengthen vocal range and stability. I also use interactive methods and real-time feedback so students can immediately improve their mistakes and refine their voice. Each lesson is designed to build discipline, consistency, and technical mastery while keeping learning enjoyable and motivating for every student.
I also prepare students for stage performances, auditions, school competitions, and live events by improving confidence, body language, and performance control. My goal is to help every student discover their unique voice and develop strong stage presence through continuous practice and encouragement. I guide students step by step so they can track progress and achieve long-term improvement in their singing journey. With consistent training, students not only improve vocal skills but also gain self-confidence, creativity, and emotional expression which are essential for becoming a successful performer in every session.
