As an expert violin tutor with 13 years of experience, I am dedicated to helping students of all ages master the art of playing the violin. My lessons are customized to meet each student’s unique needs and goals, whether they are beginners just starting their musical journey or advanced players looking to refine their technique. Specializing in classical, jazz, and folk music, I bring a diverse range of styles to my teaching, ensuring a rich and comprehensive learning experience.
In my lessons, I place a strong emphasis on developing solid technical skills. This includes proper bowing techniques, finger placement, and posture, all of which are fundamental to producing a beautiful sound. I believe that mastering the technical aspects of playing the violin is crucial for students to express their musicality fully. Alongside technical training, I focus on musical expression, helping students understand and interpret the emotional content of the pieces they play. This dual approach ensures that students not only play the notes correctly but also convey the music’s intended emotions and nuances.
