My teaching is flexible depending on how my tutee best learns. If someone learns best through demonstration, I am happy to model and practice together before they do it on their own. If someone wants to talk through problems and learn by exploration, we can do that too!
My experience in special education sets me apart as a tutor because I am an expert at finding the best strategies based on individual needs and helping tutees apply those strategies when they're working independently.
