About Brita
I am a certified yoga teacher with over 900 hours of advanced training across various disciplines, including functional alignment, restorative practices, and nervous system regulation. Alongside my background as a NeuroEmbodied Soul Centering coach, I bring more than a decade of experience guiding adults through mindful, evidence-informed movement and embodied learning.
My teaching is rooted in curiosity, compassion, and body intelligence. I see movement as a language. One that connects biomechanics with emotional awareness and self-trust. Having taught internationally in both physical and online spaces, I’ve refined a practice that meets each person where they are, empowering them to move with confidence, integrity, and a deeper sense of connection to themselves and life.

My classes blend mindful movement, somatic awareness, and functional biomechanics to help adults cultivate strength, mobility, and nervous system regulation. Drawing from over 900 hours of multidisciplinary yoga teacher trainings and certified experience in NeuroEmbodied Soul Centering (NESC) embodiment coaching, I guide students to move with precision, curiosity, and presence rather than performance.
Each session integrates alignment-based yoga, breathwork, and gentle somatic inquiry to improve posture, joint integrity, and kinesthetic awareness. We explore how movement patterns reflect emotional and mental states, supporting greater resilience and ease in daily life. My approach is trauma-informed, non-competitive, and adaptive to each person’s anatomy and experience level.
These classes are designed for adults seeking a deeper understanding of the body’s intelligence. Where yoga becomes not only a physical practice, but a foundation for embodied living and sustainable well-being.
