About Fin
I am an enthusiastic piano tutor with 14 years of experience teaching high school students, college students, and adults. I have successfully guided around 300 students, helping them progress musically and build confidence in their playing.
My teaching philosophy focuses on clear instruction, patience, and personal attention. I believe every student can succeed when lessons are adapted to their pace and goals. I aim to make piano lessons structured, enjoyable, and practical.
In my lessons, I teach fundamentals such as hand technique, finger control, rhythm, sight-reading, and music theory. I also encourage students to express themselves through music and apply their skills to real songs.
One of my achievements is helping beginners grow into confident performers and guiding adult learners back to piano after a long break. Many students have shown steady improvement through consistent practice.
My goal is to inspire students to enjoy learning piano, build strong skills, and develop a lifelong connection with music.

My teaching approach for piano is structured, supportive, and flexible. I focus on clear communication so students understand each lesson easily. I adapt my teaching style to suit different learning needs, helping students progress at their own pace.
I connect lessons with real-life examples such as familiar tunes, live performance situations, and musical case studies. Demonstrations, listening activities, and guided practice help students improve technique and musical understanding.
Along with piano performance, I teach supporting subjects such as music theory, rhythm control, sight reading, ear training, chord progressions, and basic improvisation. My goal is to build strong musical foundations, confidence, and a lifelong interest in piano learning.
