About Romy
With over 10 years of experience and a BFA in Vocal Arts and Opera, I help singers discover their voice and confidence. My focus is contemporary worship and gospel music, though I also teach Pop, Indie, and R&B. Breath control, expressive phrasing, vocal health, and live performance skills are central to my teaching. I work with shy beginners, teen worship leaders, and aspiring recording artists to help them perform with authenticity and joy. Congregational singing is a specialty, guiding students to lead others confidently. Lessons are personalised to each student’s strengths, goals, and style. Singing is not just about technique—it’s about emotional and spiritual connection. I emphasise expression, confidence, and stage presence alongside technical growth. Every voice has a story to tell. Together, we explore musicality and self-expression. Singing should be empowering, joyful, and transformative. Your voice is a gift—share it with the world.

I teach singers to develop pitch accuracy and strong musical ears. Lessons focus on interval recognition, harmonising, and ear training. You will gain the skills to match pitches and sing confidently. Advanced teen singers and quartet players benefit greatly from my method. I provide consistent feedback to guide your improvement. Singing in tune will become second nature. Lessons include exercises for chords, melodies, and harmonisation. Ear training is woven into every practice session. Each lesson is customised to your goals and skill level. Confidence and accuracy grow together. Harmonising with others becomes easy and enjoyable. I emphasise practical skills alongside musical expression. My goal is to help you excel and enjoy singing every step of the way.
