I’m just a 21-year-old student who got tired of feeling stuck, lazy, and unhealthy—so I decided to flip my life. No fancy gym. No expensive diet. Just discipline, trial & error, and figuring out what really works. Now I help people like me—students, beginners, and regular folks—get fit, stay consistent, and actually feel good in their own body. I’ve been on both sides: the unmotivated guy with backlogs and the version of me that wakes up with purpose and moves different. If I can do it with zero equipment and zero motivation, so can you. Yo, I’m not here to scream “NO PAIN NO GAIN.” I’m here to keep it real with you.
