About Eric
I am a 29 year old male once extremely over weight, depressed and had no motivation for anything. I found myself at rock bottom 8 years ago until I decided enough was enough. I spent hours and hours in the gym exercising. I spent days trying to establish a diet that would work for me. I finally decided too switch up my strategies and am now in the best shape of my life. Through my hardships I now want to inspire others that change is possible and it cant happen with me.
