About Colette
I’m a naturally curious, thoughtful and encouraging person, and I genuinely enjoy helping people make sense of what they’re thinking and feeling.
I have experience in leadership, teaching, coaching and supporting others, and I’ve always been someone people come to when they need to talk something through. I’m a good listener, but I’m not afraid to ask the questions that help you look at things from a different perspective.
My style is warm, honest and practical. I won’t judge you, tell you how you should live your life, or pretend to have all the answers. Instead, I’ll give you the space to be completely honest, help you work through the noise, and support you in deciding what feels right for you.

Feeling stuck, overwhelmed or unsure what you want next? My coaching sessions give you dedicated time to step back from the noise, think clearly and focus on *you*.
My approach is warm, practical and completely non-judgemental. I listen carefully, ask the questions that get you thinking, and help you untangle what’s going on so you can work out what *you* really want.
I won’t tell you what to do — you’re the expert in your own life. I’ll help you find your own answers, turn them into clarity, and take practical steps forward.
These sessions are designed for anyone who feels stuck, dissatisfied, overwhelmed or at a crossroads in life or relationships.
**No judgement. No telling you what you “should” do. Just space to think, clarity and practical steps forward.**
