About Amanda
I am a female Strength and Conditioning coach with 15 years experience working in the fitness industry. I have a BA Hons in Sports Psychology and have a MSc specialising in Strength and conditioning. I've travelled the world and trained people from all walks of life including athletes, rehabilitation and the general population.

I coach people of every fitness level, from the new beginners all the way up to seasoned athletes. My goal is to encourage and motivate my clients to challenge themselves and gain in confidence. I would say my style is laid back and always tailored to my clients needs. Fitness should be fun and inspirational not a punishment.
