About Elisa
I'm passionate about the subjects I study, serious, and hardworking. I'm patient with children and teens (also due to previous work experience), and I believe every student has great potential to be discovered and developed. During lessons, I strive to create a calm atmosphere where asking questions is never a problem and mistakes become opportunities to learn. I especially aim to stimulate curiosity and develop an effective and personalized study method, where time is managed efficiently and topics are internalized (not just memorized!) For parents, I guarantee professionalism, method, and a focus on results and developing their potential. For students, I offer support, encouragement, and concrete strategies to help them become more confident in their studies.

My teaching approach is dynamic, inclusive, and personalized, designed for middle and high school students. I teach: - law and political economy; - humanities (psychology, sociology, anthropology); - English (I hold a Trinity C1 certification) and French; - Italian, art history, and (geo)history. During my lessons, I combine clear, schematic explanations with practical examples, using interdisciplinary and current events connections and concept maps to facilitate understanding and retention of concepts. In legal and economic subjects, I help students develop reasoning skills and the ability to connect theory and reality. In humanities and linguistics, I focus on reading comprehension and oral and written presentation. I emphasize the development of study methods. A typical lesson includes: a brief initial review of the topics covered, guided development of the topic of interest, and a final exercise with immediate feedback. The goal is to make students independent, confident, and aware of their own skills, enabling them to develop reasoning skills and interdisciplinary connections.
