About Nokuthula
I am a film student and I'm studying towards a Video Technology Diploma in Durban University of Technology. I have done three years of communication as a module and I'm confident in my understanding of the English language. I have achieved more than 80% in this module. I have tutored a neighbor's daughter during lockdown from June - September 2020. I'm proud to say she was able to pass the year. I have also tutored my sister when she was still in highschool.

My teaching method is I have the student read the questions/ piece of information given and then have the said student explain what they understand in what they just read. If they didn't understand fully I proceed to ask questions that will lead to them understanding on their own. I let the student attempt to answer the questions and we then review how it went and we go through the correct answers. At the end of the week we do a mini test/ quiz to see if the student is keeping up with the work.
